Personalisation
Which photos work best?
Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with the whole face visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and photos cropped close to ears or hair. Each photo field represents a separate image for the design.
Will my case look exactly like the example?
The example shows the design style. Your artwork uses your own photos and text, so the composition will vary. The camera opening and layout also depend on your chosen phone model.
How do I check my phone model?
Find the exact model name in your phone settings under About. Pro, Plus, Max and Ultra versions need different cases. Check the full name before ordering.
Can I make one as a gift?
Yes. Use the recipient’s exact phone model and the photos and spelling you want printed. Add any layout instructions in the artwork notes.
Delivery information
Your case is personalised and printed to order. Allow 3–5 working days for preparation and dispatch. UK delivery is free with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2–3 working days after dispatch; this is a delivery aim, not a guarantee, and some postcodes take longer. Check your full delivery address and exact phone model when ordering.
Delivery informationReturns
Cases made with your own photos or text are personalised. Change-of-mind returns do not normally apply to clearly personalised goods. This does not affect your rights if your case is faulty, damaged or does not match its description.
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can help. If you spotted a spelling or phone-model mistake, contact us as soon as possible; changes depend on whether production has started.
